If you select a custom product, you have given us creative license to develop a product based upon our understanding and interpretation of your vision and description of the custom product. You agree to accept the final custom product as interpreted and created by us. By purchasing a custom product, you understand and agree that the design will not be exclusively limited to the customer who requests it, and may be requested and sold to other customers in the future.
Comes with a metal jump ring for easy application to a collar. Made entirely out of 2-part epoxy resin, to ensure a shiny, scratch-resistant, long lasting tag.

Small size - 1.5"
You do have the option to add a phone number to the back of the tag. Phone numbers will be in small text behind tag in a manner that is less noticeable from the front, but still clear from the back. Will state ONLY the number. (123) 456-7890". You can request additional text such as "if found, please call" or "microchipped". I do not add additional address information. No additional charge for adding a phone number.
Care/Safety
-Tags are lightweight & odorless
-Tags are waterproof and easy to clean (use washcloth/towel and wipe).
-DO NOT use alcohol, acetone or soap to clean tags.
-May become slightly flexible in extreme heat. Do not leave out in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
-While our resin tags are durable, they are not completely indestructible. Immediately remove from collar if dog has broken, damaged name tag or begins to chew on it, to prevent choking or ingestion.
-These tags are decorative and not intended to be used or worn by dogs who tend to chew on their tags regularly. NOT recommended for big chewers.
